Sunday 23rd December
Arrive at leisure, settle in and indulge with a sumptuous Cornish
Cream Tea in our sea view lounges
Pre Dinner, join us for a complimentary pre-dinner Champagne Cocktail
and Canapés
Tonight, relax and enjoy a leisurely four course dinner in the Atlantic
View Restaurant
Christmas Eve
Traditional English breakfast is served in the Atlantic View Restaurant
Enjoy a day at leisure exploring the Lizard Peninsula and the surrounding
area
Relax and enjoy a four course dinner with accompanying guitarist
and local carol singers
Join us for a brandy or mulled wine night cap and mince pies after
midnight mass
Christmas Day
Traditional English breakfast is served in the Atlantic View Restaurant
A relaxed and informal buffet lunch will be served for guests in
the residents lounge
Enjoy a restful afternoon, tea and homemade Christmas cake
Indulge tonight in a superb Gala Christmas dinner served in the
Atlantic Restaurant (see menu below)
Boxing Day
Traditional English breakfast is served in the Atlantic view Restaurant
Enjoy a refreshing walk, or as it gets dark why not visit the famous
Mousehole Christmas lights
Complete your stay with a spectacular local Cornish seafood gala
buffet

- Hand picked crab & crayfish with a baby leaf & herb
salad
- Smooth chicken liver, garlic & thyme parfait with caramelised
red onion marmalade & crisp crostini
- Caramelised pear, Cornish blue and a winter leaf salad with
pickled walnuts & a port dressing
- Cream of cauliflower & rosemary soup with balsamic syrup
Main Courses
- Traditional Christmas turkey with chestnut & cranberry
stuffing, roasted winter vegetables, button sprouts with pancetta,
roast potatoes & a rich pan jus
- Butter roasted salmon fillet on a saffron & lemon mash
baby bok choi & a rich Hollandaise sauce
- Vegetable nut roast
