  • Smooth chicken liver parfait with red onion & fig chutney with crisp melba toast
  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetable brochette with a cherry tomato compote, grilled goats cheese & basil pesto
  • Smoked trout, anchovy & king prawn salad

Main Courses

  • Pan roasted rump of lamb on braised red cabbage, basil mash & rosemary & Rioja jus
  • Whole megrim of sole with a citrus & herb butter, petite vegetables with buttered new potatoes
  • Herb crusted hake fillet on crayfish linguini, fresh asparagus & a caviar with tomato buerre blanc
  • Char grilled artichoke, sun blushed tomato & rocket risotto with shaved parmesan (V)

Evening dinner is served daily in the Atlantic View Restaurant at a set menu price of £28 per person.

Guests with a specific dietary requirement are requested to consult with a member of the Management Team for assistance.

Non residents are very welcome but advance table bookings are recommended. Dress code is formal or smart casual.
