Having listened to many comments and feedback we are now in the process of finalising plans for improvements this winter, The first of which, will be the installation of a passenger lift - which will make a real difference to all of us, who cannot get enough of those stunning second floor sea view vistas.

We will also be starting a rolling programme of bedroom refurbishment and the ground floor will benefit from a makeover concentrating on the lounges first. On top of this we shall be getting to grips with the below par hot water system and popping on a new roof - so roll on next March!

One aspect that we will not be looking to change, however, is our friendly and welcoming approach and the special “Mullion atmosphere” - something I have heard commented on over and over again. So please be assured that General Manager Chris Owen and his team will be maintaining their focus on friendly, personal service and great food - an ethos that has served the hotel well over many years.
