- Hand picked crab and crayfish tian with a baby leaf & herb
salad
- Smooth chicken liver, garlic & thyme parfait with caramelised
red onion marmalade and crisp crostini
- Caramelised pear, Cornish blue and a winter leaf salad with
pickled walnuts and a port dressing
Intermediate Course
- Cream of cauliflower and rosemary soup with balsamic syrup
Main Courses
- Traditional Christmas turkey with chestnut & cranberry
stuffing, roasted winter vegetables, button sprouts with pancetta,
roast potatoes and a rich pan jus
- Butter roasted salmon fillet on a saffron & lemon mash
baby bok choi and a rich Hollandaise sauce
- Winter vegetable chestnut & thyme nut roast with buttered
brussel sprouts, Cornish new potatoes & roast pepper coulis

- Smooth chicken liver parfait with a fig and pepper chutney,
poppy seed crostini and dressed winter leaves
- Crayfish tian with an avocado and mango salsa, citrus crème
fraiche and crispy smoked salmon
- Char-grilled asparagus and artichoke salad with toasted almonds
and aged balsamic (V)
Main Courses
- Roast pork loin with thyme roasted Cornish new potatoes, apple
and apricot mini Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy
- Braised steak in Doombar ale with sauté peppers and
onions, creamed potato and broccoli florets
- Baked fillet of hake with a tapenade crust on a roasted red
