Christmas Party Menu

With great food and service Mullion Cove Hotel provides the perfect venue for a Christmas Party with friends and family over the festive period.
No minimum numbers required and Christmas Party Menu is available every day from December 1st to December 23 rd for lunch or evening dinner.

£17.95 per person for lunchtime menu

Starters

• Beetroot cured salmon, quail’s egg, anchovy & sakura cress salad with lemon oil
• Roasted chestnut & cauliflower soup with mulled wine syrup
• Pressed terrine of Ham Hock with pickled wild Mushrooms mixed leaf & a port and balsamic dressing

Main Courses

• Ballontine of turkey wrapped in streaky bacon with cranberry & sage stuffing, caramelised onions & rich pan liquor
• Butter roasted salmon fillet with a potato & chive cake, baby bok choi Roasted butter nut squash & a caviar & tomato hollandaise
• Roasted shallot tart tatin on rosti potato wilted baby spinach & a roasted pepper coulis

Desserts

• Rich Christmas pudding soaked in brandy with Cornish clotted cream, rum butter sauce & winter berry compote
• Milk chocolate & hazelnut cheesecake with a bitter chocolate sauce
• White wine & vanilla poached pear with a sweet saffron syrup
